Cancellation Policy

510 Events & Decor Event Space – Default Policy 1. Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, and electronic payments. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months). No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. 3. Rental Time & Overage Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly. Any additional time used beyond the contracted period will result in an hourly overtime fee. 4. Setup & Decorations Guests may bring their own decorations; however, no nails, staples, glitter, or confetti are allowed. All decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period. 510 Events & Decor is not responsible for personal items left behind. 5. Cleaning & Damages The renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as received. Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to the renter. 6. Conduct & Liability The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors. No illegal activities or excessive noise will be tolerated. 510 Events & Decor Event Space is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost property during the event. 7. Alcohol & Catering Alcohol may be served if approved in advance and must comply with all local laws. Outside food and beverages are allowed unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. 8. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required. Deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days after the event, pending inspection of the venue.
