Refund Policy

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your event date and cover initial preparation and administrative costs.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • More than 30 days before event date: Client may receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • 15–30 days before event date: Client may receive a 50% refund of the total paid, minus the deposit.

  • 14 days or less before event date: No refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellations by 510 Events & Décor Event Space

  • In the rare case that 510 Events & Décor must cancel (due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or venue issues), a full refund including deposit will be issued, or the client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule an event once without penalty if requested 30 days or more in advance of the original date.

  • Rescheduling less than 30 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee.

5. Force Majeure

  • If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a partial refund based on expenses incurred.
