Refund Policy
1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your event date and cover initial preparation and administrative costs.
2. Cancellations by Client

More than 30 days before event date: Client may receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

15–30 days before event date: Client may receive a 50% refund of the total paid, minus the deposit.

14 days or less before event date: No refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations by 510 Events & Décor Event Space

In the rare case that 510 Events & Décor must cancel (due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or venue issues), a full refund including deposit will be issued, or the client may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an event once without penalty if requested 30 days or more in advance of the original date.

Rescheduling less than 30 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee.
5. Force Majeure

If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a partial refund based on expenses incurred.
