Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit (percentage of total rental cost) are required to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event.

  • Bookings made less than 14 days before the event require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit will be collected to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime.

  • The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after the event, provided there are no violations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event forfeit all payments made.

4. Venue Access & Event Time

  • Venue rental includes a 6-hour timeframe (including setup and breakdown). Additional hours may be available for an extra fee.

  • Clients must ensure all personal items and vendors are removed by the end of the rental period to avoid overtime charges.

5. Décor & Setup

  • Décor packages are customized as agreed in the contract. Any changes must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.

  • No nails, tape, glitter, or open flames are allowed unless approved in writing.

6. Food & Beverage

  • Outside catering is permitted. All food service must follow health and safety guidelines.

  • Alcohol is allowed only if pre-approved and must comply with all applicable laws and licenses.

7. Cleaning & Damages

  • Standard cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning due to spills, trash, or damage may result in additional fees.

  • The client is responsible for damages caused by guests, vendors, or event activities.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • 510 Events & Décor Event Space is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the event.

  • Clients may be required to provide proof of liability insurance for certain events.

9. Conduct & Compliance

  • All guests and vendors must adhere to venue rules and local laws.

  • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violation of terms may result in early termination of the event without refund.
